Veggie noodles, fresh or packaged (whichever you prefer)
25 oz. Cadia Marinara Sauce (more or less depending on how much sauce you prefer)
12 oz. package of Meatless Farm Plant-Based Ground
Daiya dairy-free shredded mozzarella
Flora Plant based butter or oil
1. Plant-Based Ground
Allow ground to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Heat the oil/butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the pan is hot, add the ground and use a spatula to break it apart.
2. Veggie Noodles
Grab a second pan & heat oil/butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the pan and oil/butter is hot, add the veggie noodles
Cook until softened and wonderfully browned.
3. Add Sauce to Ground
Once ground is cooked, add pasta sauce and stir to combine thoroughly.
Bring that to a soft boil and let those flavors fuse
4. Plate It
Plate your beautiful noodles and ladle sauce gently over them.
Top that with your favorite plant-based cheese.
So incredibly simple and delicious.
